Refund Policy.

Please check measurements and details carefully before you buy. Our fit is intentionally oversized to allow for changing and allow for years of growth.  Our team is here to help you with any questions regarding our products.

Our aim at Crumpet Apparel is for 100% customer satisfaction, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a refund on full priced items returned within 14 days of receipt of your parcel, so long as it meets our returns conditions.

This 14-day policy means you must notify us and post the return within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return:

  1. Please email our team at hello@crumpetapparel.com to seek approval to return
  2. The cost of the return shipping will be covered by the customer.
  3. Your item must be returned and inspected prior to a decision on whether a refund will be processed or not.
  4. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, no refund or credit will be processed. The item can be returned to you at your expense.
  5.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Returns Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unscented and with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase or order number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.

The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

We recommend using a postage option that allows you to track your order as Crumpet Apparel takes no responsibility for lost garments. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, and up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@crumpetapparel.com  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.  Any item held longer than 14 days is deemed to be correct. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order. We recommend placing the new order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
